Course aim
To develop a regular social gathering among students with an interest in Film Making.
Course description
Weekly workshop sessions delivered by an experienced practitioner in film making. The Afterschool club with explore the fundamentals of film making including video editing.
Students will gain skills and experience in:
· Camera handling
· Audio recording
· Image composition for film
· Video editing
· Film Critiquing
These workshops are designed to be a social experience for students with an interest in Film making. Some light refreshments are also included.

What will students achieve?
Students will work toward developing their skills in storytelling through films and develop a series of short films.
In addition to the practical photography skills, students will also develop in confidence communication team work and leadership.
The term will conclude with a film night screening the movies created by the students.
Is there anything our organisation needs to provide?
A classroom with a smart board or projector.
